In 1998 the Government of Alberta instituted a system of electronic processing for most Corporate Registry “for profit” services. Non-Profit agencies are required to deal directly with Corporate Registries for registrations.
Processing of Corporate Registry Services can usually be done while you wait at Red Deer Registries. Our office offers all three levels of Corporate Registry accreditation, as well as Minute Book Preparation. Under Alberta law, a Corporation is required to keep a Minute Book; your business can prepare one, or we can prepare a fully personalized Minute Book for you, complete with Share Certificates.
